PRP300 PROJECT PROPOSAL
Project Overview
Embedded Document
KSB Mapping
In this project, I introduced the concept of using customised AI avatar videos for education and explored how to effectively project manage their development. The focus was on streamlining the production process, applying ethical and user-centred design practices, and preparing for scalable implementation. The aim was to create a time-efficient, high-impact educational resource that delivers consistent messaging, enhanced UX/UI, and the ability for users to replay and revisit key content as needed.
KSB Summary
This live workplace project demonstrated my ability to research, evaluate, and implement AI avatar video software to improve e-Learning delivery at NHS Trust.
Knowledge: I applied design principles (K6-K7), evaluated technical tools (K8-K11), understood procurement processes (K12-K14), and stayed current with digital trends (K15-K18).
Skills: I scoped and led the project independently (S7), trialled and evaluated software (S8), communicated findings to senior teams (S10), and shared learning with colleagues (S18).
Behaviours: I showed initiative, resilience, and adaptability by navigating procurement, mentoring others, and embedding innovation into practice.
Reflection
This project gave me a valuable opportunity to apply university learning directly in the workplace. I improved efficiency, built confidence with new tools, and helped shape future e-Learning across the Trust. It strengthened my leadership, problem-solving, and digital design skills while proving the real-world impact of thoughtful, user-centred innovation.
