PRF200 Professional Development Portfolio

Project Overview

Strengthening My Professional Practice

Building on the foundation I established in Year 4, I continued to develop my digital portfolio with a stronger focus on critical reflection and professional presentation. By this stage, I was more confident in selecting, curating, and communicating my work to show its relevance in real-world industry contexts.

I became more consistent in capturing evidence from concept sketches and screen designs to prototypes and client feedback and improved how I reflected on each piece. This allowed me to draw clearer links between my academic learning and workplace application.

I also prepared to move beyond the limitations of free tools by planning the transition to my own website for Year 6. This showed forward thinking and gave me greater creative control, helping me present a more polished and personalised digital presence.

This year reinforced the importance of reflective practice, self-management, and the ability to communicate my skills in a professional, industry-facing way.
